Amy E. Gasiorowski is a skilled attorney whose practice focuses on banking, finance, and commercial real estate law. Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. While pursuing her law degree, she worked part-time with the predecessor firm to Frieri Law Group, gaining early experience in the legal and financial sectors.
Throughout her career, Amy has concentrated on assisting financial institutions with a wide range of transactions and regulatory compliance matters. She has worked with state and national banks, federal savings institutions, and state savings associations, as well as with key regulatory agencies such as the FDIC, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

She also represents commercial lending departments in collection efforts, handling cases involving monetary recovery, receiverships, and foreclosure actions. Amy’s practical, solution-oriented approach ensures that her clients receive both effective representation and efficient outcomes.
